This diagnostic exam in for the student that has been practicing and would like to test their skills and performance in a real USMLE Step 2 CS exam test setting. This exam is a direct correlation to how well you will perform on exam day.

  • Three 15-minute patient encounters followed immediately by a 10-minute period for each patient note submission on our Art of USMLE portal. Total time per case is 25 minutes.
  • Once all three patient encounters are complete, there will be a full assessment from one of our highly trained M.D.'s highlighting the strengths and weaknesses.
  • A detailed assessment of all three patient notes, following the USMLE guidelines of supporting each differential with the appropriate positive and/or negative findings. Each patient note is individually reviewed by an M.D. and not scanned in a computer.
